ORDERING
ORDERS AT 20 ITEMS OR LESS CAN BE ORDERED 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE DAY OF THROUGH OUR ONLINE ORDER SITE, CLICK HERE.
ORDERS LESS THAN 30 ITEMS REQUIRE A 5 DAY ADVANCE NOTICE. orders over 30 ITEMS require a 7 day advance notice. please inquire on what menu items you ARE interested in along with any other questions IN YOUR MESSAGE.
RUSH FEE
any orders less than 5 days will be charged a “rush” fee of 10%.
DELIVERY FEE
we require a minimum order of $500 for Free delivery, A $25 DELIVERY fee WILL BE ADDED TO ORDERS UNDER $500. TOWN DELIVERIES WILL BE MORE DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION, PLEASE INQUIRE.
PAYMENT
ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED, you are required to pay a deposit, which is half the order total. you will be EMAILED AN INVOICe to pay online. we will not start your order until the deposit has been paid. INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL UPON DELIVERY/PICK UP.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR YOUR ORDER. cancellation fee is 50% of the order total, non refundable once ORDER iS CONFIRMED.
We are unable to take orders on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
SPECIAL ORDERS
INGREDIENTS MAY VARY DUE TO SEASON. IF YOU WISH TO ORDER A VEGAN CAKE OR any of ouR BAKED GOODS, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL WITH MINIMUM 7 DAYS NOTICE. WE also DO PERSONAL WEEKLY ORDERS FOR BAKED GOODS ITEMS, please inquire on which item(s) you are interested in.
