This job requires beautiful food presentation skills, excellent customer service skills, being an efficient worker, quick on your feet, taking initiative, multitasking, good time management, organization skills, cleanliness and being a great team worker. You are a representation of our cafe and brand and we expect you to treat everyone with aloha and work with honesty and integrity amongst co-workers and serving our customers.
Starting pay is minimum wage all employees must complete 4-6 training shifts (2 opening, 2 closing, 2 mid) more/less depending on your performance, training days will be reimbursed once you pass your one month probation. You will be on a probationary period for 30 days/1 month after training is complete. We will monitor and assess work performance and if we do not think you are the right fit we have the right to terminate employment at any given time.
We will interview you first and if we think you could be good fit based on your interview, we will ask you to stay for the remainder of the shift or schedule you to come in on another day, this way we can see your skills in action (we will compensate you a free meal and a drink).
Please arrive to your interview in our uniform policy: hair pulled up in bun or braid at all times (no pony allowed), closed toe shoes required, modest clothing (no short shorts, no small workout shorts, yoga pants/crop pants are fine, shirt or tank with bra).
