Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their booth, including:
Tent/canopy
Table, chairs, displays, and signage
All required tent weights and securing equipment
Payment processing/POS system
Any electricity, lighting, or other supplies needed for your setup
All tents and displays must be properly secured for safety. Vendors who do not meet the required safety standards may not be permitted to set up and will not be refunded.
Specific setup, parking, booth assignment, and breakdown instructions will be provided to approved vendors prior to the market.
Vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by the designated start time. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by market management.
Each vendor is responsible for leaving their booth space clean and taking all vendor-generated trash with them. Please leave your space as you found it.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling or credits may be considered at the discretion of market management and based on availability.
No-shows or repeated cancellations may affect eligibility for future markets.
By purchasing your vendor fee, you acknowledge and agree to follow all marketplace rules, safety requirements, setup/breakdown guidelines, and vendor policies. Full vendor details and market-day instructions will be sent after your application is approved.
